Trade Forum Pictures - Guild Wars Forums

This question regards the trade forum, but since it is a question I decided to post it in Q&A. I see that people always have pictures of the item discriptions all together, can somebody please give me a description of how to do that? Im sure that I can take a screenshot of every item and use cut and paste, but is there a simpler way? Any help is appreciated.
